Condo/HOA Research & Evaluation

Our Condo/HOA Research and Evaluation Service is exclusively offered by IKBEN’S International Team for its clients.  This service is most popular amongst first time home buyers and investors interested in knowing information about the condominium or homeowner association-governed community who want to know about the community before making an offer or signing a contract.  Our research and abstraction include complaints against the association (formal and informal); construction defects filings and complaints, liens/judgments, current owner/resident survey & review and obtain and review the Association official documents.  Upon completion of the research and gathering of the pertinent documents, our clients receive a Summary Report of findings including our recommendations.
